1. Accounts and Registration
a) UKRewards only allows one account to be opened per person. b) Accounts can only be opened to resident of the United Kingdom. c) UKRewards reserves the right to refuse membership. d) UKRewards reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice at any time. e) Accounts not used within 365 days will be removed including any cash back earnings
2. Payments
a) Payments can be requested from the members section of our website when you have a balance greater than the payment threshold currently set at £25. b) UKRewards reserves the right to change the payment threshold at any time without notice. c) Payments will be made via Pay Pal, the user will be responsible for any charges incurred by Pay Pal and the use of the Pay Pal service. d) Payment will only be sent to Pay Pal accounts which have "UK - Verified" status. e) UKRewards takes no responsibility for incorrect account information used. f) Payment will be sent within 30 days; however should a retailer delay and/or withhold payment or cease trading UKRewards can not guarantied payments until payment has been received from the retailer.
3. Cash back
a) UKRewards makes every effort to display the correct information on our website, we reserve the right to change cash back amounts at any time without notice. b) Cash back can only be earned once you have logged into our site and visit the retailer via the links on our site. c) If the goods are returned or the sale refused cash back will not be paid. d) When you place an order your transaction is track via the merchant, UKRewards can not be held responsible if the merchant fails to report back your sale to us. The merchant decision is final.
4. Newsletters
a) To use the UKRewards service you must provide and maintain a valid working e-mail address. b) Newsletters will be sent to all our members, if you do not wish to receive this newsletter you may unsubscribe by visiting the members section of our website. c) We will never pass on your email address to other companies, please see our privacy policy.
5. Miscellaneous
a) This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. b) Should this site close, we will make every attempt to pay out all cash back greater than the payment threshold. c) By using our website www.ukrewards.co.uk known also as UKRewards you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of www.ukrewards.co.uk. If you do not agree to be bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use www.ukrewards.co.uk. d) UKRewards may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by UKRewards.
