Some programs we are unable to track to
specific users.
To enable us to credit your account with the cash back we require you to submit
a "Manual Claim" via an e-Support ticket.

To qualify for you cash back we require all cash back requested to be submitted
with 14 days of the transactions by an e-Support ticket.
Please include as much information as possible on your claim such as merchants
name, click through date, transactions date and amount paid.
Theses cash back transactions will appear under "Manual Transactions" on your
account, please allow up to 45 days for theses transactions to appear on your
account.
If two or more users submit an e-Support ticket for the same transaction and we
are unable to determine the user who generated the claim the total cash back
will be shared equally between all claiming users.
The decision of UKRewards is final.
