Unfortunately we do receive some claim from user where their Amazon order has
not tracked and we are unable to issue cash back for their transaction.
To prevent this, please follow some simply steps.
- Visit Amazon using a link on the UKRewards website, check that your Amazon
shopping basket is empty and log out of your Amazon account.
- Check that you have cookies enabled (click here for details)
- Delete cookie from your browser (click here for details)
- Visit Amazon using a link on the UKRewards site, place your items in the
shopping basket and checkout as normal.
Once your order has been dispatched from Amazon and you have received the
product then submit a support ticket.
What information do I need to submit on an Amazon claim?
- Please include the full product name (copy and paste from the Amazon
website is best).
- The Quantity of products ordered.
- The price of each item excluding VAT.
- The date you places the order.
- The date the order was dispatched from Amazon.
When do I submit my support ticket?
- Please claim for you order once it has been dispatched from Amazon.
My order has been dispatch at different dates?
- Please ONLY claim once the item has been dispatched, if you are still
waiting for an item to be dispatch, submit a separate claim after the item has
been dispatched.
Why is my Cashback not for the total order value?
- Cashback is paid on the product excluding VAT and does not include the
delivery charge.
I order a product and I have only received £5.00 Cashback?
- Electrical & Video Games products are capped at a maximum of £5.00 Cashback.
To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you
are using.
Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)
- Go to the "Tools" menu.
- Select "Options".
- Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
- Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
- Click "OK" to save changes.
Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0
- Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
- Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling
window to expand.
- Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
- Select "Enable all cookies".
- Click "OK".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x + 7.x
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to
"Medium") under "Settings".
- Click "OK".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click the "Custom Level" button.
- Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
- To enable:
- Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
- Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
- Click "OK".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
- Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
- To enable:
- Select "Always accept cookies".
- Click "OK".
Netscape Communicator 4.x
- Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
- Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
- To enable:
- Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
- Click "OK".
To clear cookies in IE 6.x for Windows:
- Click on the Tools menu in the
browser.
- Select Internet Options from the
pull-down menu.
- In the middle section, click on the Delete
Cookies button. A popup window will appear and press
OK in this window to delete the
cookies.
- Click on the OK button in the
Internet Options window.
- Quit and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
To clear cookies in IE 7.x for Windows:
- In the Tools menu, select
Delete Browsing History... from the
pull-down menu.
- In the middle section, click on the Delete
Cookies button. A popup window will appear and press
Yes in this window to delete the
cookies.
- Click on the Delete Files button. A
popup window will appear and press Yes
in this window to delete temporary internet files.
- Click on the Close button in the
Delete Browsing History window.
- Quit and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
To clear cookies in FireFox 2.x for Windows
or Mac:
- Click the Tools menu.
- Select Clear Private Data from the
pull-down menu.
- In the window that opens, select the items you want to clear -- in this
case, Cookies! :o)
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
- Quit and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
To clear cookies in Safari 3 for Mac:
- Click the Safari menu and select
Preferences.
- Click the Security tab, and click
Show Cookies.
- Click Remove all to clear ALL
cookies, or click a specific cookie in the list and click
Remove.
- Click Done. Nice work!
- Quit and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
To clear cookies in Opera 9.x for Windows:
- In the Tools menu, click
Delete private data.
- Click Details.
- Check the boxes beside "Delete all cookies" and "Delete entire cache."
- Click Delete
- Quit and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
