UKRewards you must visit our website and login. This enables us to track your
order.
How do
I earn cash back?
Simply open an account with
UKRewards it's free and you will receive a £5 welcome bonus. Then simply login
into your account, select a merchant from our site and follow the links from our
website.

you issue payments?
Payments are sent to you via Pay
Pal, to receive payments you will need to open an account with Pay Pal please

much do I need to earn before I receive payment?
Once
you have an account balance of £25 in available funds.

placed an order with a merchant, why hasn't this appeared on my
account?
We aim to add all cash back payments as soon
as possible once we have received the information from the merchant. Some
merchants wait until after their returns period (usually 28 days) has elapsed
before their make the funds available. In these cases please allow up to 28 days
for the information to appears on your account. If this does not appear after 28
days please contact us via e-support ticket.
Why
have I had cask back removed?
If you have returned
your purchase the merchants has the right to remove cash back payments from your
account. Also if you have not met all of the merchants terms and conditions cash
back payments can also be removed.
I have
received the incorrect amount of cash back?
We aim to
display the most up to date information on our site, however cash back amounts
are calculated based on the amount the merchants pays us, we their for reserve
the rights to change cash back amounts at any time.
Are
percentage earnings calculated on the final total of my
purchase?
Each merchant calculated cash back in
different ways, please be aware that certain services and products may be
excluded from cash back payments.

We require that each user
has an e-mail address to ensure payments can be sent via Pay Pal

I have
referred a friend, why haven't I revived payment?
For
each friend that you refer using your unique customer number will earn you £5,
payment will be made once your referral has earned £25 or
more.
How do
I refer a friend?
Please login into your account and
select the refer a friend option and follow the instructions on screen. Your
friend must then use the link provided or enter your unique customer number
during registration. Refer a friend payments can not be made where your referral
has not entered your customer number during registration.

Once you have £25 or more in available fund from the purchase section, this
excludes refer a friend and manual transactions
